A.T. Hun Art Gallery

I visited Savannah Ga. this past weekend and they have a lot of culture and sufficently dope art scene. I stayed at the historic Marshall House which in the center of the Historic District. It was a good experience. All the sights and sounds I took in created a "Headie Vibe," but one place stood out as the pinacle of my visit. A.T. Hun Art Gallery. The artist they featured there were solid. The thing that caught my eye was a "Nightmare before Christmas" piece hanging just out side of the door, and next to it was a picture of a dog, the image itself was plain enough, but the color was leaping off the canvas. When I peered inside, it was more of the same, with beautiful playful pieces every where. I could describe them to you, or I could put some fresh ones in this post and link you to the rest..... 64

Check them out:    www.athun.com/

Bill Colt's work was one of the best, a jpeg doesn't do it justice, In the the background of each one of his pieces, there were old school pin up girls and magazine clippings from the 40's.. Really solid mixed media display.

Steve Schuman was the colors I mentioned. Imagine a room fool of paint with these vibrant colors all over. Celebs looked amazing, but the dogs were just as cool.

.
Grant Searcy was extra sweet too..
