I recently posted something about album art work while discussing the Tribe.. It made me reflect on hands down, the absolute best album cover of all time. RZA as Bobby Digital (in Stereo). The cover presents to you an album that you are about to digest like you would a movie, with plots over sub plots, soundtrack scores, internal and external conflict. It tips it's hat to the time when a movie poster sold the product more than any thing else. I also love the "Blaxploitation" references with a 70's Kung-Fu feel. The album did not disappoint either, the project was a masterpiece in conception, presentation and delivery. There is so much more to be said about what I consider RZA's magnum opus, but you should find out for your self. For those who already know, now is a perfect time for a revisit.
